The Bannatyne Group marked the £750,000 refurbishment of its Spa in Colchester with a VIP evening last night, (July 27th), showcasing the latest luxurious relaxation rooms and wellbeing spa treatments.
The six-figure investment allows Kingsford Park Spa to offer new and updated facilities, including a treatment room to cater group bookings of up to six, a Rasul Room for mud therapy treatments and a VIP Elemis 1st class treatment suites for ultimate spa experiences.
Th Bannatyne Group have teamed up with Elemis to provide luxurious treatments for both men and women, including an extensive range of full body, facial and specialist treatment rituals.
Following the upgrade, the Spa now offers heated water beds and heated stone beds with its very own relaxation area, a Rasul Room with a shower, a deluxe treatment room that can hold groups of up to six, two separate manicure and pedicure areas with OPI treatments and a number of first class treatment suites.
The evening began with prosecco and a guided tour around the facilities, showcasing the incredible spa and its rolling countryside views.
Guests were treated to complimentary treatments, including OPI manicures and an Elemis Skin Analysis, with exclusive discounts and offers available on products and treatments throughout the evening. In addition, the Spa has invested in an Elemis retail shop, which boasts Skinlab face-mapping treatments.
A recent investment of £250,000 was also put into the gym facilities, which is now kitted with the latest state-of-the-art, hi-tech equipment.
The health club also offers a sauna and swimming facilities for member and guests to use, with a number of spa packages available to book for individual or group use.
