An Essex networking event is taking place in June. Have you applied for your ticket yet?
The Discovering Business in Essex 2017 exhibition is coming to Chelmsford on the 7th June, for an afternoon of B2B exhibitors to help find more contacts, more prospects and more business opportunities.
Exhibitors at the event include Radio Essex, London Stansted Airport, University of Essex, Chelmsford City Council, ACAS and Intertek– to name but a few!
Held at the Chelmsford City Racecourse, Britain’s newest racing venue, offers a range of venue options. With a large, adaptable and modern hospitality suite, a perfect venue for exhibitions.
Admission to the event is free all day (10:00am-15:00pm) for the exhibition, but it’s important to book your place now to help give your business the tools to grow. For those who are looking to partake in the exhibition, there are stands available on a first come first served basis with prices starting at £190+VAT.
After the exhibition, an Essex Business Reception will be held with special guest speaker Olympic Ski Jumper, Eddie ‘The Eagle’ Edwards where afternoon tea will be provided by Tiptree James. It will be the biggest B2B exhibition in the county, a place to network and discover the very best businesses in Essex!
If you’re travelling from further afield for the business exhibition and want to make a trip out of it, you should consider looking for business accommodation in Braintree. Panfield House is a self-catering hotel in Braintree, perfect for business travellers who are looking for fully serviced accommodation with Wi-Fi, luxurious equipment and the comfort of being somewhere that is home from home.
Braintree and Chelmsford have excellent public transport connections too, including First Essex number 70 bus which runs twice an hour, or a Greater Anglia train that runs once an hour and takes half an hour.
There are plenty of things to do in Braintree, like a shopping trip at Freeport shopping centre to take advantage of the heavily discounted designer labels, or afternoon tea at the Tiptree Jam Factory to walk around the museum and enjoy freshly baked scones and homemade jam in the café.
For an afternoon of mingling and finding out about businesses in Essex and networking with other people, the Discovering Business in Essex 2017 exhibition is the event to be seen at this Summer.
